Downloading a File

Microsoft® Internet Explorer 4+

1. Right-click on the link to the File
2. "Save Target As..."

Netscape® Navigator 4+

1. Right-click on the link to the File
2. "Save Link As..."

Saving downloaded zip'ed file 

Save the zip'ed file in a sub-directory where you would like the files to be unzipped.  Then unzip the file with a program, such as WinZip or PKzip, to unzip the file. Finally, use an Internet browser to view the downloaded web page. 

Saving downloaded Self-Extracting *.exe file 

Save the downloadable  *.exe file in a sub-directory where you would like the uncompressed files to be.  After the compressed *.exe file has been downloaded, double-click on the *.exe file to self-extract the individual pages. Follow the instructions of the Self-Extracting program.  Finally, use an Internet browser to view the downloaded web page.
